Daniel Bowler

Relationship Manager

Dan began his career at Ombudsman Services in our Learning and Development team and has an in-depth knowledge of our systems, the end-to-end complaints process and accompanying digital training. He brings his expertise as a trainer to support participating companies with a professional and consultative approach.

Shaun Chambers

Relationship Manager

Shaun has been with Ombudsman Services since September 2015, working as a Relationship Manager since May 2019. Prior to being on the Relationships team, he worked in the Enquiries department where he was promoted to Senior Enquiry Officer and handled a variety of complex and high-profile cases.

Sonia Facchini

Relationship Manager

After heading up a small Sales and Marketing Strategy consultancy in Canada for a few years, Sonia returned to the UK in 2006 where she held several positions in senior account management. In 2012 she was recruited by Capita as a Relationship Director to manage key public sector clients and grow its business with FTSE 100 and 250 companies. She brought this wealth of experience to the Ombudsman Services' Relationships team in 2020.

Agnieszka Pacewicz

Relationship Manager

Aggie joined the Relationships team in November 2019. Prior to Ombudsman Services she worked within Financial Services starting as an Admin Assistant and working her way up to Relationship Manager. She has built strong relationships both internally and externally, and is driven to make a difference to journeys and outcomes for both participating companies and consumers.

Laura Williamson

Relationship Manager

Laura joined Ombudsman Services in November 2014, developing training packages with the Learning and Development team. She shares a great understanding of business processes and is passionate when dealing with any client, working to maintain external and internal relationships by providing guidance support where and when needed.

Jodi Hamilton

Relationships Director

Jodi Hamilton joined Ombudsman Services in the summer of 2018 and became Director of Relationships a year later. She has overall responsibility for setting the strategic direction in the Relationship, Marketing and Communications teams and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Jodi’s experience has been built up through working in marketing agencies, working closely with clients across a variety of sectors and skillsets, and then more recently from immersion in financial services, retail and leisure/entertainment sectors. She’s committed to being customer centric, to empowering the team and to building effective relationships built on trust, great communication and joint objectives.
