Our panel will discuss how best we can build trust and protect consumers in the energy sector in the midst of rapid changes to the energy market as we know it, driven by new technologies and new services. Key discussion themes will include the effects of energy network renationalisation on consumer protection; how we ensure that consumer outcomes are a key driver of innovation in the sector; and how we create joined up thinking and working between business, consumer groups, the regulator and the government.
