Our second annual conference, to be held on Wednesday 3 January at County Hall in London, will build on the success of our inaugural 2019 event with a focus on excellence in customer service.
The conference will lead delegates in an exploration of what it means to deliver first-rate customer service, ensuring that good intent is meaningfully executed to deliver the right outcomes for consumers.
We’ll hear from speakers with experience across a variety of sectors: from leaders of successful businesses doing things differently, to those working across markets to effect change for good.
Panels and practical sessions will help to facilitate discussion around some of our key topics.
Insights from our annual Consumer Action Monitor will also be shared, giving us food for thought around how consumer behaviour continues to evolve and the implications for the future of customer service.
