Telecoms sector trade associations ISPA (Internet Services Providers' Association) and ITSPA (Internet Telephony Services Providers’ Association) have both extended their partnership with Ombudsman Services for a further three years.

The agreement means that ISPA and ITSPA member businesses will continue to benefit from automatic membership of Ombudsman Services: Communications, giving their customers access to independent redress.

Andrew Kernahan, head of public affairs at ISPA, said: “We are pleased to be continuing our partnership with Ombudsman Services for another three years.

"It will ensure that our members get access to high-quality dispute resolution from a respected body that is also keen to pro-actively help businesses improve their customer service and reduce complaint volumes.”
